They rarely get the order right, but they don't complain or question it when we bring it back in to be fixed. And they fix it quickly so the rest of your stuff doesn't get too cold. Everything is kept tidy and clean inside, and the parking lot is in good shape.
I liked this Burger King. The staff were great. They were polite and efficient. They have excellent drink choices. I would go back.
It should be mandatory to at least have experience in customer service or at least be 21+ to work in fast food these days. Every time I come here there's always some young, inexperienced teenager running the store and no manager around. My order always gets screwed around, either missing items or wrong item and no receipt in bag to prove anything. I will be reaching out to corporate. I see why the BK's are going out of business. Good riddance!
This place just had issues taking orders and using services that their own business gives to us. If you don't want to work then don't work, especially in customer when no one has done nothing to you. Very disappointed especially since having given multiple orders and each one be wrong. Not coming back for such poor service.
This location never has any food. They are always out of everything. The manager always seems like he does not want to help you and that he has to go out of his way to help you with something that should be standard customer service. Poor customer service all the way around.
