I’m super hesitant to leave a bad review for a Sonic. But I have been to this location 5 times and every time it is over a 20 min wait even if you are the only one there - getting one burger. It is worth the drive to drive to the other ones that are close. They seem to take the customer experience more serious.

My chicken sandwich was not done all the way. My Waiter asked if I wanted my change back plus he pulled my food out of the bag, because he didn't know whose order it was..
