Not sure if the bread bowls are suppose to be toasted but mine was raw and disappointing. Visited at the end of lunch. Counter service was very slow and Cathy wasn't very helpful or motivated to keep the line moving. Manager was doing a lot of the work, greeting, expediting, answering phones.nNot a fan of the Styrofoam containers. They don't seem necessary at a place like this.nHuge drinks. Interesting menu items. Can get expensive if you're ordering exactly what you want how you want it. Each of our meals that day were over $15.

On November 15, 2020 the red head lady (with ponytail) took my order and kept cutting me off while I was speaking and rushed me along. Two young boys came up after me and her whole demeanor changed. She was perky and patient with them... I wonder why. I ordered a SPUD MAX and it did not have black olives, green onions, no sour cream and it didn't compare to the ones I have gotten before. I USED MY POINTS to get this spud and it was less than. I feel cheated. I'm not sure or care what her problem is but if you are working at the register EVERYONE should be treated with respect. I love this location and I won't let her ruin my fav place. I just won't deal with her at all... just nasty customer service on her part.

This was my first time eating at McAlisters Deli. I absolutely loved it. I went with my daughter and we decided to try the orange cranberry club which was delicious. We couldn't decide what other sandwich to try so we asked our cashier what she likes. She recommended the jalapeno turkey crunch. It's not one that we would have chosen on our own, but decided to give it a try. I have to say it was the best sandwich I have ever tried. The creamy fresh avocado, the jalapeno bread, pepper jack cheese and crunchy jalapeno chips all melded perfectly in my mouth. I would definitely order this again. Sandwich comes with a side. I got a tomato, zucchini, onion salad. My daughter got the Mac and cheese. Both were superb. And the price is good. Especially for how much you get. Love this place

Great Salads which I only eat from there. I am sure the sandwiches are great too because of all I see eaten there. I use the call and pick up app. The meal is always ready and I love the selections of salads there. I highly recommend McAlistet's. I would shown a picture of my salad but I could not wait, my bad. Tell them Eber said hi, it won't get you anything but they will look at you funny. Eber
