I placed an order online from this location. My account was charged, that money is gone. THEY say they never received an order. Had me call several other numbers just to get to someone that can SUPPOSEDLY help. They dont see an order and say they cant do ANYTHING. I let them know that my account was charged nearly $50 by Papa Johns. And they say there's NOTHING they can do about it. Papa Johns STEALS from customers and does not care about them at all. WORST customer service interaction i have EVER had. I'm very upset and disappointed by this and will be contacting the BBB as well.
This is the only place near by that will deliver to me without going through a third-party service, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I used to order Domino's once a week at my old place.nnDelivery was quick but the food was depressing. Not very warm, pizza was extremely dry with hardly any toppings, and the papadia and the jalapeno popper bites were bland. Can't imagine spending for the higher prices PJ's charges unless you absolutely have no other choice.
