If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a 10 piece mixed with 3 crispy and the rest original. I got home and only had 7 pieces. Went back they gave me the other 3 pieces. Chicken was half done and greasy as all get out. Writing letter to corporate tomorrow. How do you fix a order of mixed chicken with the majority of it being legs? 2 wings and no breast. Employees need to be trained better. They never apologized for screwing up the order. NEVER AGAIN!

It is impossible to get out of their parking lot. It is set up one way. A lady had me blocked in after I had picked up my food because she was waiting on her food and they told her too pull forward instead of having her park. So she was illegally blocking me in. Then the staff said she was supposed to be there.nnI also ordered online thinking I would just go through the drive to pick up my food. No. I had to pull around and park, get the kids out, and bring them in. The food also wasn't quite ready even though the time on the order said it should have been ready 10 mins earlier.nnI have had issues with this locations orders and service in the past and I thought I'd try them again. Nothing changes.

Customer service was absolutely atrocious. Plus I asked for no pickles due to allergy, the receipt was correct, but I got EXTRA anyway. Please give your money elsewhere the employees here don't deserve to work.

Sunday, I placed an order online for pickup at this location. It was raining pretty hard and I thought ordering in advance would be easier. My order totaled $33 which was no surprise. Once I made it to the location to pick up my order, the young lady at the window never gave me my drink, once I made it home I noticed the coleslaw was old and half full, the mashed potatoes was half full as well, in addition to the fact that the gravy container was sloppy. Never been so disgusted with the service I tried calling to speak with a manager about the order and no one answered the phone ud83dude21
