Counter service on my visit was rude. Chicken was great but unfortunately when i got home and family dug in we realized, one, it was there wing chicken count (short 2) and mac and cheese was missing from order (even after paying upcharge for a decent side) ... biscuits were missing and the fries were not fresh. likely just a poorly run location like most chain places in Grandview but this was a pretty big screw up. wont be back.

The customer service is almost always not good. The grilled rotisserie chicken dinner was good though.

I purchased fried okra, French fries, and corn on the cob; all large in size. The okra and fries tasted like it had been cooked in old grease and the corn was disgusting. The kernels of corn were dried out and tasted olddddd. The only positive thing is that the food was warm but still of very poor quality at 6 p.m. on a weekday. Absolutely unacceptable value for over $14 spent; will not visit this restaurant again ud83dude24.

You know, this is one of the friendliest fast food drive-thrus. Really makes me feel like they appreciate my business. I don't get the sides there because of my dietary restrictions. Okay, admittedly occasionally I cheat and get one biscuit, LOL!they never make me feel bad for just ordering chicken and their chicken is always really good and large pieces.

My husband and I had Church's for the first time tonight. My husband picked it up through the drive through. I was on speaker while he ordered, we both agreed that the service was polite and prompt. He was in and out very quickly and everything from our order was correct. We asked for honey mustard and they did not skimp on it which I always appreciate. The food was really good as well. We both got spicy chicken strips which were really great, crunchy and spicy as advertised and the chicken wasn't dry in anyway. The coleslaw was decent enough to be pleasant and helped to break up the spiciness of the chicken, and their sweet tea was really refreshing. Overall for fast food we were both very pleased. I'm kinda disappointed that I hadn't had Church's before but we will definitely be back!
