Fish is great! Customer service is terrible. The few times I received good customer service I always acknowledged the employee and thanked them. Will not be going back any more. Found a new go-to place with great food and excellent customer service.

Wish I could provide 0 stars but I'll give them the one star because the fish is pretty good. The customer service however is HORRIBLE! This is consistent and we've given them many chances to make it right. I refuse to spend hard earned money with people who don't appreciate it. Decent fish and terrible service just isn't worth it anymore for me. If they would improve the customer service this could be a good place but it's been this way for years. I'm fed up and found a place with impeccable customer service and excellent food.

Once I got home I noticed my Order was messed up. I tried and tried calling but the line stayed busy. The next day I called and the person that I spoke with was very rude. I told her I ordered last night and order was missing my okra and she said did you order okra? Really did she just ask me that when I’m calling to let them know that. Finally she said we’ll come get an order. I told her I don’t want it today I wanted it last night with my fish. She said well we have a 24 hr rule if you don’t get it in 24 hrs “ to bad to sad” are you kidding me?? I told her I would have liked to have gotten it with my order. Then I asked if I could just come get my money back and she proceeded to say well it’s no money to get cause it comes with the fish. I said no it didn’t come with the fish I paid for an order and didn’t get it. Way too much back and forth for me. Bottom line I will not spend my money there ever again.
