Very friendly Staff in the office , very prompt, very easy to work with, they will do anything to take care of the customer. The Service people work the same. They are very courteous of your property and your home. They listen and follow your direction. Best thing we did is bought the year service. Very affordable and you pay as you go, not one lump sum.
I have been using Moxie for over four years. Each time a specialist comes out to treat, whether it be for quarterly or initial treatment, they do an amazing job. I recently purchased a house four months ago which was never treated and in the country. I had an infestation of ants, spiders, wasps, and other insects. Not only did Chance do a great job on my initial treatment, Brandon and Wyatt came out multiple times to retreat and ensure that the problem was remedied. I have very few and insects now and when I do find them, they are dead. Chance, Brandon and Wyatt are consummate professionals and equipped to answer any questions I have ever had. I can not say enough great things about this family owned business! They are on time, reasonably priced with a true Turn Key service and super knowledgeable. We have had a problem with several different bugs the last few years - especially Brown Recluse. Fingers crossed... we haven’t seen one since using Moxie !! So happy I get great service and can support a family business. Keep up the great work Moxie Pest Control !!
Moxie is easy to work with, reasonable and incredibly friendly. Their technicians are thoughtful and kind, making sure that we are happy with our service.
