I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The store clerk was very nice and helpful. She took care of the reason I was at the store. She was so nice and helpful I ended up buying a new piece of jewelry. She made me feel like I ud83dudc4d was the only customer there. I will surely go there again.

I went in just looking at wedding bands so I could have it narrowed down for when my fiancé came with me to pick out the perfect one. They couldn’t have cared any less. I got pushed off to without a real notice and they guy I got pushed off to got in his phone in front of me instead of helping me first. Then didn’t listen to what I was looking for and gave me something to look at I didn’t like and didn’t even recommend it in a polite way.
They seemed to be kind of ignoring me, then when they realized I didn't look like I'd wear a suit or anything they got really frustrating with the shortness and lack of interest in their questioning. Like, I know you probably work on comission, but you don't know me or what I could drop in there or not. The selection looked nice, but I'll go somewhere where the people don't treat me like a lesser citizen.
Everyone at the store was so very helpful. Experience was totally over-the-top the best
