Friendly people. I'm shopping for an engagement ring with a synthetic diamond. Competitive prices. They were willing to customize many parts of the ring, but not everything I was looking for. They were pretty transparent with prices, giving me tight ranges of quotes for various products and services. Overall a nice experience, and I will definitely shop here again.

My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring and his wedding band here. Every one in the store was so kind and thoughtful. They weren’t just trying to make a sale; they worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. They were so patient and showed us tons of rings until we figured out what style we liked, and even showed us rings that were similar in style but better suited to our budget. I lost my diamond out of my wedding ring over a year ago and in just a few shorts days and lots of TLC Especially Jewelry made my ring beautiful again. Sad to have lost the diamond my sweet husband picked out for me but the sting is a little less with this new sparkle.
