Charged me $15 for a lower size bracket, so easy to fix at home, rip off. It came loose & I just fixed it myself. Ugh

I wish I would of got this ladies name but I have been twice and called once. Almost certain that the call and the second time was the same older lady in the Lee Summit Eskew store. But regardless, this lady would seem to be nice right when u walk in and then you ask the slightest questions or she might have to WALK back to the watch jeweler to check on my watch and then come back with a attitude every time. Literally the easiest job but she seemed to get irritated with everything with everything the longer you needed help. Little old lady needs to fix her face and maybe people will come their again.
