We worked with Tonea to receive a quote for over 1000 sq ft of carpet. Tonea was responsive, detailed and we received the best pricing for the project when compared to other LSMO flooring companies we contacted. Installers headed by Jose worked hard for over 10 hours to complete the job and made a good suggestion regarding the carpet install on our main stairs. They did a professional install and moved the heavy furniture in the rooms during the job. They put the furniture back almost exactly where we had it. We are pleased with the result and would recommend Northcraft.
1. Their wood flooring has begun to chip and come up after only a year.n2. They ask for partial payment before even scheduling for the work to be done.n3. They do not show up for their appointments and hen when you call the office no one is able to answer any questions except for Jill. Jill then does not return or answer any phone calls.nnPoor products, poor installation, and poor employees/owners.
