Weber Flooring/Joe's Carpet

We had a great experience! Our carpet was installed quickly and professionally and we couldn’t be happier! I’ll be ordering carpet for a couple bedrooms soon! Victoria was great to work with as she was very knowledgeable and gave us several options to fit our budget! The installers, JM company will be requested for our next install because the went above and beyond! Kudos to the Weber team!

Had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed back in September in our basement. While the product and the experience of picking it out was good, installation of the flooring was disappointing. We understand sub flooring won’t be perfectly level—however, we expected the prep work to follow manufacturers guidelines (level within 3/16th of an inch per every 10ft section). When the product was first installed we could definitely feel and hear click and movement. Several phone calls later and two weeks after the initial install a service team member came out to follow up. After about 30 minutes they determined the subfloor would need to be leveled and they would be in contact soon. We had to follow up yet again the following week and it was the decided we would have someone from the installation team come and correct the issue. We were told it would be 2 days worth of work. A day to properly prep the subfloor and another day to relay the flooring. A month and half out from our initial installation they came out for the first day of the correction work. Upon arriving they asked what spots needed to be leveled and when we told them we understood it was going to be the entire area that needed the correction they seemed surprised and unprepared. They told us they needed to run this up through their boss to confirm the work we had already been promised. They came back the next day with their boss and instead of the originally promised two days of work they had us point out a couple areas we felt needed correction, but refused to level the whole subfloor. The areas are a bit better but once settling again it is not much different than the original installation.
