Our family always enjoys going to KD's books. Though it's a shame that they are not accepting any trade-ins and it therefore deprives us of even more of a selection. However we usually still end up walking out with no less than 10 books. Lol.

Love this place. Quaint. Cozy. Great selection of books. A little pricey, but understandable as it's a private bookstore

Had a Bootiful evening at Downtown Lee’s Summit’s Witches Eve event. I hope to return annually. Such a fun time. Thankful to all the shops participating. The Treats were Sweet. The stores decorated so adorably for Fall and Festive Halloween. Friendly welcoming staff. We had a great experience. Perfect spot to get a book new or gently used, or even stuffed animals pillows to cozy up with a good Childrens boo. Definitely making reading fun.

Fantastic experience! The staff is incredibly helpful & the store has such a fantastic feel for all book lovers out there. I would highly recommend it!
