Oh how much will I never come back to this location, lemme count the ways:n1. It took 10 minutes for someone to realize that I needed assistance.n2. The guy who did end up helping me, suggested that I leave my binder of Magic: The Gathering cards there (The binder is an easy 450 - 500 in value) overnight.n3. If you ever get someone named Dre to help you with selling your games and other merch, ask for someone else. He will lowball the heck out of your merch, and turn around and hike up the price to market value on a (NEW) item.nnIf you do need to go to a Vintage Stock, go to the one in Blue Ridge Crossing. They're great people.
Not my local VS, but check there when in the area. Wide selection of movies. Some video games and good geek swag.
Under new management. Had a customer follow my 6 year old around getting in his face and talking about a comic book. He was obviously slow in the head but still made my husband and son extremely uncomfortable. Husband deterred him several times. Employees didn't seem to care. Just weird. Been coming him for years but has a different feel to it.
This place was awesome and they were so nice and helpful way better then game stop
I am absolutely appalled at the managers attempt to publicly humiliate me. Especially since the information he was basing it on was an assumption and couldn't be further from the truth. I have bought from the store once and received a defective game and a defective memory card.. neverInever returned.. I come back to buy games for my child and you deny a new customer you're defective return policy for inquiring about your return policy when they themselves have never had an account or returned an item to this store.. but you publicly announce that I have returned so many items that you your store was no longer willing to do business with me on that capacity? Who do u think you are?
