Having spent some time in the remodel industry I can say that integrity is absolutely essential to getting an end product that is both beautiful and able to stand the test of time...this is where David sets himself apart. David and his crew just finished a master bathroom remodel for us and laid hardwoods in our livingroom. We are very pleased with the work.nnWe appreciated that they were respectful of our home - its a little invasive having people re-do a master bath as they are working in very personal spaces. The first thing they did was lay plastic in all of the traffic areas to protect our carpet. They made an effort to tidy up each night.nnThey were very patient and offered good input on our design choices when asked to weigh-in. I changed my mind about several things (including the wall color after it was up!). They just rolled with it and never made me feel like I was putting them out.nnThey took pride in the quality of their work; we never felt like they were rushing to get through or trying to work multiple jobs at once. We were impressed by David’s attention to detail - he did the ‘little stuff’ without us having to micro manage. The cost was clear up front, and there were no surprises. The price stayed true to the quote; when unexpected things came to light (gutting a bathroom can reveal some unexpected challenges) we were consulted right away. David did an amazing job taking our out of date, downtown condo and making it into the space my husband and I envisioned! He was extremely flexible and worked in a timely manner, despite the fact that we had a very tight timeline and were not in the country during 95% of the renovation. He was honest and trustworthy, and he was willing to work with us on pricing to make it fit within our budget. His work is very high quality, and he did not cut any corners when it came to the small things. We love our home and will definitely be calling on him to do a few more things in the future!
