Very knowledgeable and honest and didn’t try to sell anything that wasn’t necessary.
Got there exactly at appointment time and wasn't there too long but was very thorough which was great since it was my lunch break from work. Asked questions about anything I might have seen or any specific troubles and covered everything. I don't have a basement and I have a detached garage but asked if I wanted the garage. Very pleased with the service provided. They will be my go-to for my twice of year routine check-ups!
My wife and I have two kids and we sign up for quarterly pest control and have used Frechin Pest Control for several years now. Tim has provided great service throughout. He asks us if we have any concerns with pests, chemicals, or otherwise, and has addressed each one of them. We trust Tim in our home and he does a great job taking care of us.

Just wanted to share our very positive xperience with Frechin Pest Control. Keith did our termite inspection And set us an appointment a week later. Brad arrived right on time and got to work quickly. He started in the garage area and it was an extremely hot day but he worked non-stop and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. The holes he drilled and filled have blended in so well with our concrete you can barely see them. He finished the work around the house and then came in with the paperwork and explained the warranty and any follow up. He was so pleasant and courteous and yet I know it had to be difficult on such a hot day. We were thoroughly pleased with this service and would recommend them highly.
