I submitted an order online and never received any communication, until over a week later. I certainly tried calling, but with no answer and their voicemail was full. Sent an email and still no timely response. I guess if you don't need/want your prints fast they might be good. I ordered elsewhere.
After two weeks of poor communication, finally received my order. Help in the end was great and appreciated. However, once received, prints were not done as ordered, not useable. Phone and email messages completely ignored. Expected so much more from a small local business. A let down for sure. Can not recommend.
We have received amazing service at Heartland Imaging! I came in last week, not knowing exactly what kind of prints I needed and how to order them. They helped me save my photos to my phone and make sure that they were high resolutions, showed me all my options and got them done in a few hours!nI am so happy with my purchase and definitely will order more!
Heartland did a beautiful job with my daughter's wedding programs! They recommended the best paper for a beautiful result! Turnaround was fast. Very pleased!
