I had a wonderful experience buying my vehicle from Essie. He was nice, courteous, and upfront. At the time of pick up the vehicle was clean, fluids where topped off and the car was ready to go. I could not have asked for better service for a used car purchase

I had a very smooth experience buying a car from Essie and Hamid! They offered me the best deal I could find in the area on the car I was looking for. It was actually a couple thousand less than market value so I didn’t even bother talking them down on the price. I appreciated Essie taking the extra steps to make sure my car was in tip-top shape on fluids, air, etc before I drove off the lot! Honest, great deal, awesome car, not pushy... what more can ya ask for?

My fiance and I had been to 4 other dealerships in the KCMO area before coming to H & S. We were shopping for a Toyota Rav 4. I spoke with Hamid, one of the owners. He let me take the car to get an inspection from my mechanic before I had committed to buying. My mechanic found a few issues; the front brakepads were somewhat worn and it needed 4 new tires, along with a few other small things. Hamid agreed to fix all of these problems within a day! His original asking price on the car was fair but he went above and beyond to get the car in top shape for me. I also want to add that other dealerships were definitely tacking on their own interest to the lenders original loan interest. I genuinely felt like Hamid had our interest at heart and we got a good deal!

Hamid is awesome!! As long as he is selling cars I’m buying from him!!! It is rare to find such honesty in car sales or any sales today! I will refer as many friends to him as I can, I trust him that much!!

Very horrible experience. A very rude car seller who buys cars from auctions and sells them with hidden mechanical problems. If you have to buy anything from him, ensure the oil is not leaking otherwise he will conceal for the sale. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
