I have utilized SERC for the last 4 years! Sarah is amazingly pleasant when you walk in the door. She takes your temperature while a smile and her welcoming demeanor, makes me want to take home. Katie is extremely knowledgeable about her skill. She explains why I feel the way I do and encourages me to do the best that I can. I leave there better every session because she cares! Billy, well Billy... is one of the Best. He greats you with a song!! He knows just what to do w/o words. I appreciate the fact that he asks me how I am doing before and after each session. This SERC PT has been an intricate part of my life for years. I appreciate the treatment that I receive here! 2 thumbs up, 5 toes down for the CREW!

I most definitely give them 5/5. They've helped me with my severe heachades tremendously and I am forever grateful. They are professional and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Not that I'd want anyone to need physical therapy but I most definitely recommend them if you do! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would highly rate Serc-Raytown! The team there are very friendly and professional! I’ve had both knees replaced and used Serc for each knee and have had excellent recovery with both! Thank you Serc!

I have to admit that the exercises that I did were very simple and I was skeptical. However, when I got home I stretched my arm and there was no pain. Now I am a believer. The staff was very polite and professional. I really felt comfortable there and will return someday if necessary. Thank you guys
