I had an excellent experience and service. Technician was nice and he was a good listener, thoughtful and respectful as he moved about the house. I especially appreciate that this company treats effectively and completely without overdoing it on the chemicals as they carefully tailor each job, in my experience. They're the Best! I called to make an appointment for an inspection on Monday, and they were able to get me on their schedule for the next day.nnTravis arrived on time, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and completed a thorough visual inspection of the perimeter of the house and in the garage. He explained what he was looking for so we can occasionally inspect the house ourselves and pointed out which areas were more susceptible to future issues. He also explained the habits of termites and ants and what would be concerning enough to schedule for treatment.nnWe were very impressed by the service we received and will definitely use them if and when we need pest control services in the future.
Cole Pest Control has always taken great care of us! Travis is a certified entomologist so if you do not know what is crawling around your house, chances are he knows what it is. We highly recommend Travis and his team!

I currently use someone else for pest control and was recommended to Cole Termite and Pest due to me having termites. I called and they were able to get someone out the next day. The person was 15 min late which wasn’t a huge deal but there was not a call or anything. Then he leaves and says that they will reach out to schedule to come back and treat my house. It’s been a whole entire week later and they still haven’t called. Clearly they don’t need the business right now so I will go elsewhere to someone who will follow through on what they say they are going to do.
