Call this location @ 9:30 pm to ask what time they close. He was rude, he hung up me, called back because I had another question, but he didn't answer. How RUDE!!!!
I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS..I have lived in the Raytown area for over 20 years and have yet to deal with an Owner as UGLY, RUDE, and HATEFUL as this individual! On several occasions I’ve had nasty words with the Old Man with glasses, all because I refuse to be sold stale tobacco products! This should be against the law..Let’s stop wasting our hard earned money with these type of unappreciated business who doesn’t know a thing about customer service. Tonight was the last straw for me when he told me get the “F” out of his store! Who talks to customers like that? Who talks like that to a harmless paying customer?? Why own a business if you don’t like interacting with people?!?
