Very rude and unprofessional (David Curtis)nI HAVE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS OVER THE YEARS BECAUSE I WAS ASKED TO BY MY SPORTS SPONSOR. Rarely got orders right or on time. This last go around- he changed my order on pants without even a phone call. Called me day before games start to pick up uniforms and they are not what i ordered.nCalled him to find out what happened and was told i wasn't the one paying the bill so didn't matter what i ordered. I could have went anywhere and got uniforms. I placed the order, i was the customer!nIf there was a cost difference from what i ordered and what the sponsor paid for then that would be his responsibility to inform me so i can pay difference, not change my order.nNever use this guy!

Thief, Scammer, or incompetent pick one. Ordered 98.9 shirt before thanksgiving didn’t get it by a week and a half before so I called David said my order somehow got deleted and he would ship that day. Didn’t have it by 12/19 and I was leaving town on 12/20 called David and he said he would track it and call me back. Never heard from him. Called after Christmas when I got back in town. Said he shipped to wrong address and would ship again. Today is 1/7 and I still don’t have my Christmas present.

I ordered a hoodie from 98.9 The Rocks mech website over a month ago... told me 2 weeks ago it was shipped... I never got it... They told me they would resend it a week ago.. I still have not received... it's not like I live in China or something

Placed order through school program in Nov 2018. One item not received and here I am 5 months later waiting on refund that they keep telling me that they have processed. Unbelievably bad!
