Upon arrival i was told there was an upfront fee of almost 50%. I had called in advance regarding fees and this was not mentioned, only the $13 ea to hem pairs of jeans. The upfront payment was waived as should be and i left the pants to be altered with an expectation date. The expectation date was not met by several days which was not a problem under the circumstances but should be noted for future customers. Once the service was completed upon retrieving them i was told there was an additional 3% fee for using my debit Visa card, again not previously mentioned and unheard of to me.
Took my bridesmaids dress in to be altered and the work was amazing and done in a timely manner. I will be going back for any other needs
The woman are wonderful. Definitely recommend them.
They do great work I'll be using them again it took me a while to get my items back due to covid-19
