Worked there for almost 4 weeks,the warehouse manager is so sidetracked and not very helpful,I was recently this week fired for texting warehouse manager Dirk and not calling him instead,as my mom was rushed to hospital for emergency heart surgery,as never told otherwise not to text but only call.!!! I received no handbook for which I didn't no but at least I made a effort to communicate with him.I pleaded with him for my job as I really did like it and everyone I worked with..He told me he didn't no me from Adam or anything really rude and hatefull a bad manager, didn't care if my mom was in hospital dead or alive said wasn't his concern only concern he had I texted him to tell him what was going on instead of calling him I really don't know what the difference was he knew either way...he fired me and hired another same day without any warning or even tell me we can't text..The company would probably be better and more productive if had experience manament that didn't only care about himself..!!!! There's so much more I'd like to say and tell about West Plains Beverage but I'll leave it be for now..!!!! Very upset and jobless with out any what so ever warning or knowledge of this guideline as I said how's a person to no without receiving a handbook of any kind upon hiring? I liked my job work hard gave it 110% everyday now after his actions without any warning I'm fixn to lose our new home and everything else on top being homeless for his selfish actions..Sencerly Terry Hall

I work here and dont get the pay to be a driver when I'm a driver. They make it sound like the pay is great but fast food makes more an hour than this place offers
