We asked to get an estimate done any time on Thursday, after 4 p.m. any other day. The representative came at 10:00 on Tuesday morning. Thankfully, I was off. I showed him the issue and he said he’d like to speak with his boss, he’d call. Three days later we called because he never did. He said his boss told him not to call us until they had a game plan. So, we waited. Two weeks from the day of the first visit, I called them to let them know I no longer needed their services. To me, they are very unprofessional and lacking in customer service.
Came over quickly when we made contact to give us an estimate for termites, called the same afternoon as the estimate and said we would like them to do it, and we were informed that they were running at least a week or more out. They were supposed to be having a meeting that night and would call the next day for definite date. Four days later never a phone call if they were coming or not or when. We went with another company who was excellent and fast. Called and they said we were on the schedule for later in the month. We are not mind readers and a phone call would have solved a lot of problems, it would have also been more professional and courteous.
Great customer service. friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They do a decent job and are on time and ready to go.
There okay probably could be a little more inexpensive!!!
