Have you shopped SW lately? I was able to call in my order and my 3 gallons was ready for pickup in 5 minutes. I don't know any easier way to shop - unless I wanted home delivery. Maybe next time :)

Knowledgeable, helpful employees provide a very good customer experience. Sherwin-Williams enjoys a fine reputation for quality. Just take a look at the recent history of their stock price.nnAn easing back (20% ?) in price would provide the VALUE that I seek . . . great customer service . . . reasonable quality of product . . . at a fair price. As is the case with so many businesses these days - over the top Customer Service is supposed to take your attention off of inflated prices. Not so for this customer.
My daughter is off work right now and decided repainting her room would be a good project. I called and ordered the paint over the phone and paid for it. I called when I was at the store and asked them to bring out the order and set it outside the door. They went back inside and I picked up the order.nIt was great! No contact and my daughter will have a project to do. Also, I had a few questions and they were able to answer them. Great product and service.
The girls working tonight on S. Campbell were so friendly and extremely helpful. So refreshing to walk in and feel like all your needs have been met. What a great experience.
