Every time I have shopped here for something specific they have been the most helpful and understanding group of people you could ask for. I've bought shoes, a kayak and accessories from Ozark Adventures and each time not only was i blown away with the quality of the products they carry but also with the customer service level and attitude of the staff. Keep doing what you're doing, I'll be a long time customer.
This was my last time shopping there. Big guy follows me around the store EVERY TIME. I even left my coat and phone in the truck so he wouldn't be suspicious of theft. Also again, not finding what I need because gear is decorative, not really in stock.
This store is amazing. Good selection of merchandise and good prices. The staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely keep shopping here.
I do not live in Springfield but I do try and swing in here every chance I get. Knowledgeable friendly staff.
