Would give 0 stars if I could.nnI worked here briefly over the summer of this year (2020). Was told my hours would be 6am-2pm a few days a week, which, morning hours were what I wanted.nReceiving back of house was okay and I needed the job but the management was absolutely saddening. Everyone was always in a bad mood and talking down to the other employees. We were constantly pushed to meet unlikely time caps and hurry our work. $9.45 to bust around a hot warehouse where nobody is wearing a mask and extremely understaffed. Same pay as someone working up front.nnThey would schedule us for a few hours and EXPECT us to stay later until everyone was finished, but refuse to put the actual time shift on the schedule. (Ex. Scheduled 7-2 but forced to stay until 4-6pm)nThis is to take advantage of employees and our time. They would tell us we should be “thankful” and “lucky” we are able to work 10-12hr shifts everyday because after the holidays it won’t be like this. Just a way got them to extort employees and get around not giving full time hours.nThey would be so rude if you said you had to go home, pick up your kids, take the bus home, etc. and make you feel bad the next day.nTruck sizes were so large and most people working in the warehouse were elderly and had a harder time getting work done efficiently.nnIt got to the point I had to walk out one day I wasn’t even on the schedule for, because they refused to let me go home. I NEVER GOT PAYED for that day either, and will have to be taking it up with my lawyers. This was a month ago.nBe aware of this specific location, I don’t know if all Burlington Stores are like this but this was the worst working experience I’ve ever had.

Absolutely awful. I would give it zero stars if I could. The associates were rude and refused to get out of their talking group to help. The manager had no clue what he was doing. I could hear associates yelling at each other in the back room. It seems like a toxic work environment and that rubs off on the customers. I will never ever go back to this store and I would not recommend anyone does.

Great place to find good deals on shoes and other clothing. Staff is always really friendly and eager to help if you need something or help finding anything in the store!

I love Burlington! Always love shopping here. They have so much stuff. Great products at cheap prices.
