If I could give Eventful Rentals 10 stars, I would because they are just that FABULOUS to work with. I called them panicked at 8:30 PM on a Friday evening during a HOLIDAY weekend, because the rental company we booked with no-showed us at the last minute. We needed 100 chairs for our GRAND OPENING Event the very next day. The owners jumped into action and worked through the late evening to get the chairs we needed prepared and ready for us to pick them up at 6 AM the next morning. Now, this is customer service! They were so pleasant to work with, never complained, never made us feel we were a pain, and the chairs' quality was AMAZING! They will forever have our business.

I have used Eventful Rentals for numerous events now and they always deliver great service. They have always had my order right and ready to go, and never a hassle about rushing for me to return things even when I forgot one time and was 2 days behind.

Eventful Rental helped create my dream wedding and I can’t thank them enough. Their farmhouse tables and chairs were even more beautiful in person and worked perfectly for our head table. We have used Eventful Rentals for three years now for our anniversary event. They are always amazing to work with. We have had to reschedule out event due to weather with short notice and they were awesome about it. We did receive a product that was broken and didn't realize until last minute but we gave them a call and they not only replaced it for us with a better/bigger one but delivered it as well with kindness and hast. I recommend Eventful Rentals to anyone looking for great customer service.
