We have used Expert Pest Solutions for several years.nThey are always very professional and courteous. Having used a national company in the past, I truly appreciate doing business with a local company who listens to my issues and explains just what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.
We chose Expert Pest Solutions to treat our termite problem. From the first phone call Paige was very polite and got us setup for inspection. Brian showed up on the scheduled day on time and thoroughly explained the problem, plan for treatment, and cost. He was not a pushy salesman at all. We received several quotes and their price was competitive. The weather did not cooperate and initial treatment had to be rescheduled. Paige called apologizing and quickly rescheduled us for the next week. Brian and his other technician showed up on time on the rescheduled day, applied the treatment in a timely manner, and left everything as tidy as can be. I call that good customer service! Bonus: local company!!
Ryan was quietly direct and detailed. We did a search before Expert came to check for mice. Would definitely recommend their service and contract.
Les and Paige are easy to reach and always friendly and helpful. Always enjoy visiting with Les when he comes to our home. Not only is the service great but he always explains what he is doing and can answer my questions. A very trust worthy person and company.
The exterminator techs are always polite. If you make an appointment for them to come into the house, they always show up on time. If there are problems after they have come for their quarterly visit, they come back for free. The fees are reasonable and I have noticed such a difference in lack of insects in the house. Paige, their office staff, is awesome! I have been a customer for 4 years. Love this company!
