Beautiful prints and great gift items! We always enjoy visiting the gallery. It's so nice that Gary and Sandy are there to greet you and guide you through your selection. Washington is a great place to visit!

Gary’s art and knowledge of history is amazing. Sandy Lucy is mayor of Washington, and exceptionally friendly. Nice selection of gift and wedding items in the store, aside from just art and frames. No junk here!

I received a rare Dali lithograph as a gift and wanted to take care of the piece accordingly. Being such an important piece and due to its value, I opted to bypass the retail stores and utilize someone who knew how to care for it the best way possible. They were patient with me as I took a few hours to pick out the perfect frame and matts and were honest in their opinion instead of pandering to speed up the process and just sell me something. They quoted me about a 3 week wait, which was actually shorter than I had expected, and I did receive within the time quoted. I am ecstatic with the framed piece! They did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier! Granted I chose the most expensive glass and went bold with the matt and fillet choice but it was worth every penny for something I will cherish for a lifetime!

If you love Realism, and historical art, Gary Lucy is literally the best I've seen. I recently went to the St. Louis Art Museum, and fully expected his art to be there. Gary is alive and well and his gallery is right below his home in Washington, MO. He lives on the Missouri River, and is known mostly for his historical and historical/fictional (i.e. Tom and Huck) paintings of life on the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. His wildlife paintings have been featured in the Missouri Conservationist Magazine, and on duck stamps and phone books! His murals can be seen throughout Missouri. The detail he puts in his painting, and his talent for making you 'feel' like you're experiencing the sceen he is depicting is extraordinary. Go visit his gallery, I promise you won't be disappointed.
