This hotel is VERY outdated. A remodel is certain needed as the rooms, especially bathrooms have outlived their service life. The flooring and baseboards are worn out. Hair in tub and just overall unclean. The hallways are atrociously dirty. Stairwells appear to have not seen a vacuum in days or weeks. Trash sat outside 3 rooms on the floor (from guests, but still, is no one walking the building?) Marijuana odor in hallway too, third floor...lovely. The exterior of the building lacks safe and ample lighting for security and visibility. The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly and there was a shady character out front scoping you out as you pulled in, only ducking away when he saw that I was carrying a sidearm. I’ve stayed here twice in one year and the first time wasn’t this bad but also noticed the same issues of cleanliness. This will be the last time I stay.nRemodel. Upgrade. Improve security. And keep it clean!!!

This hotel took us fire victims of Sunset bluffs in after August 11 fire. Some of us are still here.nWe truly appreciate all the employees! Everyone is so nice and respectful. No attitudes and assist with smiles. We are truly grateful for this place and to be able to stay here throughout our transition

I stayed here in August of 2020. My review never came up on here. Let me say the pool area is the only thing nice. First room we got there was crumbs literally everywhere by the beds! There was hair in sink and tub. There was actual candy on the floor still in the wrapper!(when I mean crumbs I mean the whole floor was covered by the beds; not even making an effort)I called down to the front and they let us change rooms. Let me tell you the second room wasn't any better.still crumbs everywhere and hair and dust by the tv. But had no time to call back down because I was having a birthday party and told family a certain time. I was highly disappointed. I would not recommend. To anyone.

OK in its heyday this was the Seven Seas Hotel and was a primo place. It is showing its age but I have many memories there so it always ranks high with me even though not everything in the rooms may work 100% and there is peeling paint here and there. (Of course my wife does not see it through that lens.)
