Absolutely horrible way of doing business.nnTook my girlfriend down after they told her they would pay 30% of her rent. Signing papers they only paid a hundred, and then told her that the 30% is from annual income, NOT from rent.nnAnd then on the phone, a guy was telling someone they take it out of her rent.nnPretty sure this is because she's a different race too because when she spoke to them on the phone they were rude, and then when I called them a few mins later, they were completely different (all on speaker phone).nnAvoid at all costs.
Clean, efficient, not quite friendly but definetly helpful.
