Kevin was so very helpful. He was able to deduce what I wanted/needed even though I used the wrong terms, called things gizmos or thingy. (Having pictures helped) And to top it off, they carry the Sterling brand shower handles!! I am so flipp'n happy. Wish me luck on putting all the bits & pieces together

As far as parts stores go, this is no different. But then again, I have a knack finding parts stores that seem just a little out of the way, knowledgeable staff and a 80s kind of atmosphere. Much appreciated.

Only three people allowed inside at a time. I was able to go in and get the part I needed and be out in 5 minutes. The part was cheaper at Bob Garrett's then on Amazon with shipping.

Very knowledgeable, had the part I needed for a 40+ year old hose bib, and showed me how to assemble that part for an exact fit.
