I highly recommend Downtown Furniture and Appliance to anyone that appreciates great customer service! This was an out of state purchase for my sister that lives in Malden and apparently just a few blocks away. Jeff (I hope that I remembered his name correctly) was so helpful, kind and understanding with what our needs were. I couldn't have asked for better customer service that this. My sister is thrilled with her new (used) refrigerator, thank you Jeff.

I will not go anywhere else. The payments are great and the staff are wonderful.
