Very unprofessional management. They took $30 application fee, application was approved, and then were completely unresponsive after multiple attempts to speak to them. They do not answer phone during their listed business hours or respond to any messages left.
It's fine . . Never do road work...
No longer quiet clean place to live. Your yard is not yours even though you pay the rent its the kid's that run wild who own it. Drug deals going on. Cops are in here on a daily basis, it no longer feels safe. Most yards look like a garbage dump. Owners dont care. Save the high rent/waterbill and go somewhere else!!
