Took my engagement ring and band (purchased from them) to have it sized and they sized the first time and still too big, then took back a second time to get sized smaller and they acted like they were going to be out of money by having to size again. Went and picked up and I tried it on and it fit, a week later I removed the ring and laid it on my sink noticing that the whole thing had been bent, not resized. Needless to say I will be taking to another jeweler to have it straightened and then sized to what it should be. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service.
