Great service on my gas fireplace. Finally works again and also they did a great job cleaning it all up to look good as new!!

Purchased a Mendota fireplace. Have had multiple problems with the fireplace and remote control unit. Every time we contacted the owner, Kent, regarding these issues, he has been rude and condescending on the phone as if it was an issue with our use of the unit. Each time the system was inspected, an actual problem with the fireplace/remote control unit was identified - issues not related to the owners use and not issues an owner would be able to remedy. His attitude is very unprofessional and we would never do business with Burning Desires again.
