First time walking in I felt like family, Mary and Carol immediately made me feel like family. Mary's confidence and knowledge of her products put me instantly at ease. I brought a picture found on face book and they were able to find a matching setting and band that was almost identical. She took a sizable amount of her time for a walk in. She explained the whole process and the grading system in simple terms. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to finalize the setting and diamond.nnThe next day my future fiance and I went to the appointment. Mary and Carol made the experience special and unique. The whole store went above and beyond and made that day a day to remember. I just want to thank them and that they won a customer for life.

Absolutely incredible service! I had to have my wedding ring cut off in the ER, and it was a rough cut. I took the ring in Thursday, and in two days they had it done! It’s sparkling and gorgeous and you would never know it was cut in the first place. Thank you Chris and everyone at The Blue Diamond!

Great customer service and friendly staff! I’ve been very pleased with their assistance in creating new pieces of jewelry from old items I had but didn’t care for. Carol and Mary came up with new designs that I am very happy with.

My husband and I went there with the intent of upgrading the center stone on my wedding/engagement ring. They acted like they weren't interested in helping us. Said they'd call after shopping a new stone. We never received a call. Took our business elsewhere with much better results. You lost a commission and a customer.
