Came here to get my ring re-sized. Wait was a week longer than expected, two weeks in total, and was never notified of the lag. I had to contact them myself to be informed. Ring ended up being sized incorrectly, despite trying on their ring sizers to see where it would need to be adjusted. They would not correct it without extra payment. Very dissatisfied with this service. Would not recommend and will not be coming back here.

When my grandmother passed away, we were looking for different places to purchase a ring for her funeral, something my grandmother would have been proud to wear. When we went into Show-Me Gold and Silver, they were very quick and efficient in helping us find something we thought she would have loved. Given our situation, they even offered us a discount. I will gladly recommend their establishment to anyone looking for any type of jewelry, they are one of a kind people who sell one of a kind pieces. What you get from them is a one of a kind experience you won't find anywhere else.

I absolutely love this place! Ceena went above and beyond to help me find the perfect necklace and ring set. I had searched around for a while and she pulled out catalogs and looked through them with me until I found exactly what I wanted! Exceptional customer service! Will never go anywhere else!
