Best Fire Stove & Fireplace Center

Ordered a zero clearance fireplace from them and they did an amazing job on the install. Fireplace is phenomenal and works and looks great. I got some bad creosote build up from my first couple of fires on the front ceramic glass, and went back to their shop and they were very helpful in getting me the right cleaning agents and told me a great way in cleaning it off. Took some elbow grease, but the glass is creosote free. Great company, great customer service.

They did a great job on the install, Ryan is very knowledgeable and capable. After looking into a couple of installers and plumbers we found out that Ryan could do it all, plumb the lines and install the systems. The install was completed in a day and by the time I left work early to check out the new fire places, the house was clean and warm.nnWe are extremely happy with our ventless gas log sets we had installed into pre-existing wood fire places. We considered going with direct vented units but after some research, we decided on ventless. Our wood burning fireplaces had been inspected and they recommended we not burn wood in then anymore because the flue size was inadequate. We had been using the wood burning stove to provide heat for the home, but we were looking forward to seeing how well the gas fireplaces could supplement the heat.nnBoth fireplaces sit downstairs and since installed we haven't had the furnace kick on once. They are set up with thermostatic remote controls that I've place across the rooms. The fireplaces keep the downstairs warm and we have to turn them down because all that warm air makes it's way upstairs, if its 70° downstairs its 73° upstairs. They put out a good amount of heat into the room and work more efficiently at warming up the downstairs then our wood burning stove. Honestly, they run way less than I expected and exactly as I hoped. They are really providing our primary heat, our electric is there if we needed it, and the wood burning stove is our back up to the back up now.

The owners were so incredibly helpful, and explained everything you need to know about fireplaces. I loved that they were not trying to get you to buy something, just because they wanted to make a sale.

Best customer service, installed a fire insert. We love it and heats our 3200 sf house with no problem. Ryan and Brea are great to work with and always answers any questions I have. Top quality professional work and I recommend to everyone that comes over and ask where we got the insert.

They sell Kozy Heat fireplace inserts, just throw to the curb. Took forever to get service and than it had an attitude.
