They are great to deal with. We have had them do several floors in our present house and they are going to do the floors in our new house too. Jay and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They help you stay in your budget and the installers do an excellent job. Jay gives you the best price and includes the installation in it. They make it easy. My thanks to Jay and his staff at Howell's Carpet.

They did a great job installing the flooring. The communication was great throughout the whole project as well. Also their prices are very hard to beat.

Floors and carpet look great. A decent mess left behind by the installers though (bottles, cups, and tons of dust), so be prepared to clean up a lot after they finish.

One of my friend’s dog tore up a portion of our carpet and I decided to go to Howell’s. Right from the time I walked in Jay and Nathan were very helpful and suggested options. They could have suggested pricy options like so many other shops but their intention was to help me and not make a quick buck. The day after Brad called me and came and fixed the patch in like 30 minutes. I always thought you could see the seam if you knew where the tear was but he did such a good job neither me or my friends can tell. Thank you guys and this is the shop you should go to
