my mother's house had bedbugs and we bagged up almost everything in her house as they told us to. they took longer than they said to heat and exterminate her house. We left the house at 9 a.m. and they said 6-7 hours we could come back. We never heard from them by 4;30 so we stopped by only to find out their heat machine wasn't working and had to wait another 4 hours. We had to stay in a hotel for the night at our own expense. we returned the next day to find our queen size bed frame was not only bent but a wheel was broken. I informed them of the problem and they talked to me like I was lying to them about the frame. I've never been more insulted by a business than this one. My mother is on a heart monitor that needs to be plugged in(they were informed ahead of time) and now they tell us that nothing can be removed from the sealed room for 3-4 days! What kind of business treats the elderly like this??? VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! GEORGIA TUTORINO, GLADSTONE, MISSOURI
