I have used this dry cleaner for over a year and the system to track clothes is a bit archaic. The pressing/cleaning is satisfactory, but the system recently bit me and I lost some shirts for about a month. My wife randomly saw them on the rack under another person’s name. No apologies were given. I decided to still use them but just when I next came in, there were just no reassurances and another customer’s name was mentioned that had the same issue. That’s enough for me. Having worked in the service industry my whole life, it’s all about the customer. Apologies and make it better if errors occur. Not bristling and attitude. C’est la vie!
Had an emergency come up and Fosters cleaners in Kearney was very helpful with getting my order back the same day! I appreciate the prompt and caring service they provided to me and my family. Foster's cleaners is a home town cleaner when you walk in they usually know your name. And they also have a rewards program. And the staff is always very nice and willing to assist you on what you need.

Was trying to use local business since I am from Kearney. Was told it would be 3-4 weeks for one comforter, called Gene's in Liberty MO they had it done within 2 days for same price. I also inquired if they had a seamstress to sew a small stuffed animal I was told it was sent off to excelsior springs and would be a while before I got it back... or I could just drive it there myself and have it back within two days... come on guys... get it together.
