I came here for help with my De Quervain's Tenosynovitis and the Occupational Therapist, Lucy, was absolutely outstanding. She was always very helpful, she listened to my complaints and concerns, she explained the exercises and stretches clearly and thoroughly, and she seemed invested in my recovery.nnEveryone in the building was so nice and friendly and I had nothing short of a great experience every time I went. I'm thankful to everyone at this clinic that has helped. After three long months, I finally have my hands back and I could never express that gratitude sufficiently.

this is the second time that i have had physical therapy at arc in the last 18 to 20 months. Both times have been at the north kansas city location. The previous and present personnel that work at this facility are true professionlas. They take the time to get to know their clients, answer their questions and concerns. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of physical therapy.

I visited Sue Heimke for help with my hand/knuckle & not only did I make great strides each appointment I also had a blast. I truly looked forward to seeing her & Madelynn Sayers each morning I came in. The environment is incredibly welcoming & you feel like you just joined their family. And Sue takes what she does very serious so I literally & figuratively felt like I was in the best hands. I highly recommend her & this entire facility to help you heal inside & out.
