I set up a commercial carpet cleaning for my office and I couldn't be more impressed with this company. Everyone from the girl who answers the phone, the gentleman who quickly came out and gave me the bid, and the carpet technician were so nice and professional. The manager was very knowledgeable, and had no problems explaining the process. My carpets look fantastic and I highly recommend!
If I could do 6 stars I would. I am very happy with the service and they showed up when they said they would. I had a couple chairs cleaned as well as bedrooms, hallway, landing and stairs. Their prices were more than half less than what I have paid previous with a popular competitor. I most definitely will be calling them back.
Disappointed, multiple spots still on my carpet. Just look at your carpet before you leave because I trusted them and left without making sure it was even cleaned!
Professionals working hard to get results. Musser's Carpet Care serviced 1 of my rental homes to work their magic. Wow, I thought they put new carpet in, but they just cleaned it. The Tile cleaning was amazing as well. Thank you for a fast and professional job. I will be back
