Called this morning, spoke with an efficient young lady. Josh arrived about 2pm, and did a great professional service. I appreciate his honesty, and instruction, for the next visit. Very Impressed with the service! Thank You!

We had no choice but to use them as our landlord got them for the job. Our washing machine was backing up and so was our bathroom sink. The guy was nice and got the job done but he left the biggest mess I’ve ever seen. There was dirt and debri in the bathtub, which didn’t need worked on, he left a huge mess in the bathroom which consisted of black dust that was EVERYWHERE on the wall, floor, and sink base. No courtesy of even trying to clean it. It’s even stuck between the baseboard and floor. Who doesn’t clean up after themselves??

I have previously used this company and was pleased with the service, but when the 2 men came today and my husband let them in thru the front door and they did not have mask or shoe coverings, I was astonished!! We are in a pandemic and every where I go I am required to at least wear a PPE also for my Job I suggest you do the same for your employees, when I ask about this one of your guys just kinda laughed it off!! Not funny!! They are servicing Jackson County do the right thing!! NOT FUNNY

Arthur was absolutely great. He had a hard time the 1st try and never gave up. Got the job done with respect and like a pro. Amber was great who does the phone. She worked with me to make sure things was set up on my schedule. Excellent job you all. That's why I stay with you all.

Call them Tuesday afternoon and said my main line was clogged need to be cleaned out they said they would get to me tomorrow afternoon I said that’s fine did not hear or see anybody called at 4:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday said the technician is running behind will be later this evening I’ve not heard a word since I will not be calling them ever again I’ve called another company and thief estimate is cheaper
