Come in to buy a pizza. I'm standing at the kitchen counter and I say excuse me to this little blonde girl. She says hello sir and walks away. I stand there and wait whole she keeps looking at me. Finally the next girl comes up and helps a woman next to me looks at me and I says excuse me ma'am I have a question to she turns throws our gloves away puts a new set alarm goes back to doing what she's doing to pace and no attention to me whatsoever. Can you get more rude or is it just they're that untrained on customer service?

Not only are employees allowing customers in the store without masks, which is illegal, they are not properly wearing masks themselves. The older man working as a cashier this morning had his mask not covering his nose at all and barely covering his mouth. He might as well have just taken it off. He also helped 3 customers before me not wearing masks and said nothing. I won't ever return to this location.

Speedy cashier in the place forgot to put one if the two packs of cigarettes in the bag I asked for and forgot to give me a reciept. I am a trucker and cannot go back to ask for my pack...pretty sad when a corporation expects you to be fast, and the clerks cant handle efficiency...

QT has signs on doors that states masks are required but still customers are entering and walking around without a manager saying anything to them. I would say about 95% are now wearing masks but COVID-19 cases are 500 confirmed today in Clay County and 11 deaths. Though this one better than the Burlington QT.
