(Sunday night) My wife and I were having car problems and just wanted to go home after a rough day and we decided to get our favorite QT tea and when we got there the tea was out and I guess one of the worker came by and saw how upset I was and told me that she will put in a new tea and give it a minute, she left and came back with two free drink coupon and told my wife and I the drinks were on here! Great customer service!! She really made our day didn’t quite catch her name but it started with an M (maybe Michaela) but short Mexican girl with short blonde/brown hair !!!

Good location in Gladstone. I visit it often as I work close by. The staff are friendly and quick. Shout out to an employee I see often, Kimberly. She is always helpful and courteous and has even delivered my kitchen order to me while I was else where in the store. Actions like those make me feel appreciated as a customer.

You missed a sale and lost a customer.nnI stopped by to get lunch on the way home and was treated with a very poor attitude by the staff in the food prep area. I don't know what their problem was but it sure seemed to be aimed at me. They asked me to pay for everything before I was done shopping and before the food was done, with a very demanding tone that made me feel unwelcome. In fact the person next to me was greeted while I was barely even looked at. I didn't even get to find something to drink unless I had to wait in line twice and make multiple transactions and so I didn't.nI had ordered a flatbread sandwich with chicken and cheese with added onions and there was barely any onion on it. A tip for you guys: in food service it's not just the thought that counts, you need to actually add the ingredient that's ordered. In addition to that disappointment the first bite of the sandwich was an inedible strip of gristle. I regret wasting my time and money even fueling up at that place.

Just came in for a quick bite for lunch and was treated by staff like I was going to steal everything I intended to purchase. Not an overall welcoming experience to say the least
